Booking of community spaces

Terms & conditions when booking the Community Space 

When booking the Community Space, there’s a few things we need to agree on, to make sure the Community Space is wrapped up nicely and neatly for other villagers to take over the space. 

  1. Inform your neighbours! Create a post in your WhatsApp/Facebook group. Remember to include your phone number so that it’s easy to get a hold of you during the event. 

  2. Have fun! But, remember to respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 AM on weekends (10:00 PM all days during exam periods: December and January + May and June). Please keep all doors and windows closed from 10:00 PM. 

  3. Clean up! It’s your responsibility to clean up after yourself and your guests. Please follow the guidelines of the cleaning checklist HERE! You have to finish the cleaning before 10:00 AM the day after your event. 

  4. Take pictures of the newly cleaned Community Space! Save the pictures on your device, in case of complaints about the cleanliness. In case of complaints from other villagers, we will ask for documentation in the form of pictures of the cleaned Community Space. If documentation can not be provided, a cleaning fee of 2000 DKK will be charged. 

Remember that the community space is all villagers' extended living room and therefore all villagers can use the community space during the event.
