The Community Space
The CPH Village Community Space is open for villagers 24/7, and is the place where the Village hosts guest from the city. 6 recycled shipping containers are stacked on top of each other to create a 9-meter ceiling height.
It is an open and flexible space for events, dinners, talks, theme nights, parties and just hanging out to meet new people. It also includes a shared kitchen, a stage and a sizeable sound system.
During the last 12 months, our 160 villagers and guests have put our values of curiosity and community to life by hosting more than 60 events.
How do we organise events?
Our Community Team is here to help facilitate ideas for events in the Village.
An event can be anything from a clothing swap and casual dinner to talks and concerts. We can assist in drafting proposals, applying for permits, space design, invites, budgets - you name it.
Have an idea for an event? Submit your proposal here.
Book us for a meeting by sending an email to Community Officer, Christina at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the past, we’ve built a Village Bonfire, had dinner over the flames , swapped clothes and seeds for plants and herbs and done multiple DIY sessions.
