Morning Meditation

Meet up on weekdays at 5.00 am and get an early start to your day with morning meditations.

It will be guided hypnosis / meditations from YouTube and sometimes, if people are up for it, shaking meditations, chanting and silent meditations (maybe even outdoors). Each meditation will be 20 minutes(ish) long, and it's important to stay quiet and still during the session.

Feel free to join - the meditations will be in English, and please bring some pillows/blankets since it might be a bit tough for your body to sit on the floor. If you are not used to meditate or you think 20 minutes seems long, please give it a try anyways - your body and mind will thank you. It's all about being present and just being you, and I will give you some tips to get the best experience.
